Wetsel Seed™ Yellow Pear Tomato Seed

First developed in Europe in 1805, this plant produces masses of 1.5-2 inch pear-shaped fruits. They have a tangy, most citrus flavor and are a great addition to any cooking effort adding flavor and color.

Planting Information:

When and Where to Plant: For early crop start seeds indoors in pots or flats 5-7 weeks before planting outdoors. Place in sunny location, keeping soil moist and warm. Transplant outdoors when 5-10 in./13-25 cm. tall after the danger of frost is passed. For later crop sow sparingly directly into garden, in sunny location, after weather and soil are warm.
Care: Cultivate, apply vegetable food and firm over seed. Stake or cage to save space. Water deeply when dry and feed monthly.
Harvesting: Pick gently when color is fully developed.
