Spanish Yellow onions are very mild and sweet. These onions are great for consuming raw but are also great cooked. Bulbs grow to 5 in. in diameter.

When and Where to Plant: Select a sunny, well drained location and sow seed as soon as the ground can be worked. Cultivate soil and enrich with vegetable food and organic matter. Firm soil over seed. For early crop start seeds indoors 8-12 weeks before planting outdoors. In frost free regions plant in fall for spring harvest.
