Part of the mustard family, Mizuna features oval to heart-shaped leaves attached to slender stems. Its very mild mustard flavor is pleasantly fast growing, making it an ideal addition to salads.
Planting Information:
When and Where to Plant: Broadcast sow in shallow containers year round in an indoor location with bright light. Supplemental bottom heat may aid germination.
Care: Keep evenly moist by watering from the bottom and rotate the container for even light coverage if needed.
Harvesting: Harvest as soon as the second set of leaves form by making a clean cut through the base of stems with sharp scissors.
